Every Rock Archive T-shirt starts with research.
Our team searches original references, vintage tour merchandise and archived music artwork to understand how each design originally looked, felt and aged.
Lost details are painstakingly reconstructed by hand before each graphic is redrawn specifically for screen printing. From cult venue graphics and early tour designs to artwork that has been out of circulation for decades, every detail is approached with care.

Each Rock Archive band tee is hand screen-printed in our UK studio using custom-formulated, vintage-correct plastisol inks.
Every print is pulled by hand. No automated printing. No digital shortcuts.
This hands-on process gives the artwork the texture, depth and weight associated with original vintage rock T-shirts. It also creates subtle differences between garments, ensuring that every piece has its own character.
